ARBEITSGRUPPEN
Der Halton Equity Diversity Roundtable stützt sich auf drei Arbeitsgruppen, um unsere Mission zu erfüllen.
AUFBAU VON KAPAZITÄTEN
Als Arbeitsgruppe der HEDR-Mitgliedschaft identifiziert die Arbeitsgruppe Lernmöglichkeiten für die HEDR-Mitgliedschaften und hilft bei der Planung von Anti-Unterdrückungs-Workshops, Mitgliederversammlungen und der jährlichen EDI-Konferenz.
AUFREICHE & ENGAGEMENT
Diese Arbeitsgruppe konzentriert sich auf Initiativen zur Kontaktaufnahme und Einbindung der HEDR-Mitgliedschaften. Dazu gehören unsere digitale Einbindungsstrategie, Newsletter und Networking-Möglichkeiten in Halton.
RESSOURCENENTWICKLUNG
Das Ressourcenentwicklungskomitee sammelt Informationen über vielversprechende Praktiken und Aktivitäten in anderen Gemeinschaften. Sie entwickeln auch Ressourcen in Bezug auf Gerechtigkeit, Vielfalt und Inklusion. Schließlich beaufsichtigt das Ressourcenentwicklungskomitee unsere Bewertungsfunktionen, indem es die Bedürfnisse der Gemeinschaft bewertet.

COMMITTEE
Comprised of passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds, this committee focuses on advocating for systemic change, raising awareness about social issues, and working collaboratively with local stakeholders to create a more inclusive community. Through proactive initiatives, education, and engagement, the committee strives to address barriers, amplify marginalized voices, and drive tangible progress toward a more equitable society for all in Halton.
Comprised of volunteers from diverse backgrounds and expertise, this committee orchestrates innovative and effective fundraising initiatives to ensure the Roundtable's sustainability and ability to drive positive change in Halton's communities. With a focus on inclusivity and equity, they collaborate closely to cultivate partnerships, organize events, and implement fundraising strategies that champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of their work.
