Inclusive Design
BSC ACTION TABLE TRAINING PROGAM
The Inclusive Design Program is a comprehensive learning experience consisting of four modules designed to help you create more inclusive programs and services that meet the diverse needs of your community. In Module 1, we’ll lay the foundations of DEI by exploring key concepts such as dimensions of diversity, intersectionality, implicit bias, and inclusive strategies for collecting DEI data. Module 2 focuses on understanding power, privilege, and how to leverage your sphere of influence to drive meaningful change. Modules 3 and 4 turn knowledge into practice, guiding you in the development of inclusive programs that truly make an impact.
Course components
SELF-guided learning
The course includes six online modules that cover the foundations of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). These modules are accessible online for one year, allowing participants to revisit the material at their own pace for continued reference.
LIVE-FACILITATION
The program offers live classroom-style facilitation to enhance the learning experience. These interactive sessions allow participants to engage with instructors and peers, ask questions, and apply DEIB principles in real-time scenarios.
