Morning Wellness Activity: Community Quilt

Dive into new learnings as we weave together our passions and experiences into a community quilt! Using embroidery and painting, be a part of our collective art project creating a quilt representing points of interconnectedness in our community. This workshop is a guided art making experience introducing how to do embroidery while considering the question of, “what symbolises a sense belonging to me?”. Our goal is to provide a fun, creative, and engaging art experience that merges together learnings from the conference into our artistic process. No previous artistic experience required! (Remember, the purpose of this quilt is not necessarily focused on making ‘perfect art’ but rather, to embrace our own uniqueness and celebrate our sense of belonging!)
