WERKGROEPEN
De Halton Equity Diversity Roundtable steunt op drie werkgroepen om onze missie te helpen verwezenlijken. Werkgroepleden helpen ons bij het plannen en implementeren van HEDR-programma's en -diensten.
CAPACITEIT OPBOUWEN
Een werkgroep van het HEDR-lidmaatschap, de werkgroep identificeert leermogelijkheden voor de HEDR-lidmaatschappen en helpt bij het plannen van anti-onderdrukkingsworkshops, lidmaatschapsbijeenkomsten en de jaarlijkse EDI-conferentie.
OUTREACH & BETROKKENHEID
Deze werkgroep richt zich op initiatieven om de HEDR-lidmaatschappen te bereiken en te betrekken. Dit omvat onze strategie voor digitale betrokkenheid, nieuwsbrief en netwerkmogelijkheden in Halton.
ONTWIKKELING VAN MIDDELEN
De Resource Development Committee verzamelt informatie over veelbelovende praktijken en activiteiten in andere gemeenschappen. Ten slotte houdt de commissie voor hulpbronnenontwikkeling toezicht op onze evaluatiefuncties door de behoeften van de gemeenschap te beoordelen.

Comprised of passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds, this committee focuses on advocating for systemic change, raising awareness about social issues, and working collaboratively with local stakeholders to create a more inclusive community. Through proactive initiatives, education, and engagement, the committee strives to address barriers, amplify marginalized voices, and drive tangible progress toward a more equitable society for all in Halton.
Comprised of volunteers from diverse backgrounds and expertise, this committee orchestrates innovative and effective fundraising initiatives to ensure the Roundtable's sustainability and ability to drive positive change in Halton's communities. With a focus on inclusivity and equity, they collaborate closely to cultivate partnerships, organize events, and implement fundraising strategies that champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of their work.
