Beyond Allyship: Being An Accomplice

In this interactive 90-minute session, participants will explore the fundamentals of being an accomplice and learn how to take intentional and effective steps to create meaningful change within their organizations.

The workshop will introduce HEDR’s Key Influencer Worksheet, a practical tool designed to help you identify key stakeholders, influencers, and allies within your organization. Participants will also work with the Accomplice Template, a step-by-step framework for understanding and implementing strategies to become a proactive accomplice in DEI efforts.

Through guided discussions, exercises, and actionable insights, you’ll leave this session with:

• A foundational understanding of what it means to be an accomplice and how it differs from allyship.

• Tools to map organizational networks and identify collaborators.
