Service Description

The DEI Foundations Program is a transformative four-part learning series designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within their organizations and communities. The program begins with a six-part online self-guided training, followed by four facilitated sessions that reinforce key concepts and encourage practical application. By the end of the program, participants will be able to: 1. Articulate what diversity, inclusion, equity, allyship, and anti-oppression mean 2. Use current DEI terminology and concepts effectively. 3. Apply inclusive communication strategies, including speaking up for equity and inclusion, taking accountability for mistakes, and creating space for others. 4. Understand the impact of unconscious bias, privilege, and power on individuals and groups. 5. Identify opportunities to practice allyship and share their power with others. 6. Develop a personal action plan to integrate DEI principles into their daily leadership and decision-making. Embark on a journey of personal and professional growth, becoming a leader who places DEI at the heart of their work. Make a lasting impact on your community by leading inclusively and equitably.
